3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted per project or package. Payments may be required in full or via a structured milestone plan agreed upon before work begins.

4. Revisions & Approvals

You may request revisions during the agreed revision period. Once work is approved and delivered, it is considered final.

Refund Policy:
Work already delivered and approved cannot be refunded. This includes completed websites, design files, or any services confirmed by the client.

5. Hosting & Data

Websites and services provided may be hosted on servers located in Germany and throughout the EU.

We ensure data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information for hosting, domains, and integrations.

6. Booking System & Contact Forms

Any booking systems (e.g., Setmore) or contact forms integrated into your website are used to facilitate appointments and communication.

• CYSF is not responsible for missed appointments or communications due to client misuse or incorrect information.
• Clients acknowledge that forms and booking systems are tools for convenience, not guarantees of service outside agreed terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and content created by CYSF remain our property until full payment is made. Upon payment, ownership rights for the delivered website are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Clear project requirements and feedback
• Accurate contact, payment, and hosting information
• Timely responses to queries or revision requests

9. Confidentiality

CYSF will maintain confidentiality of all client information, designs, and business data. Clients agree to do the same regarding any proprietary processes or templates used by CYSF.

10. Limitation of Liability

CYSF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our responsibility is limited to the agreed scope of work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
