1. How do I request a service?

You can submit a request through our online form. Simply choose the service you need, fill in your details, and tell us what you’d like us to fix or build. We’ll review your request and send you a clear quote before starting any work.

2. How does payment work?

We keep payments simple. For most projects, we ask for 25% upfront and the rest (75% on completion). This way, you only pay the full amount once the job is done to your satisfaction.

3. How fast can you finish my project?

It depends on the task. Small fixes are usually ready within 48 hours. A 5-page website can take around 2–3 days, while larger projects like real estate or law firm websites may take longer. We’ll always give you a clear timeframe before starting.

4. Do I need to create an account on your site?

No. There are no user accounts, subscriptions, or complicated systems. Everything is handled directly by email and forms for your convenience.

5. Can we meet in person?

Most of our work is done online to save you time. If you’d like to discuss a project, we can arrange a Zoom or Google Meet call. That way, you can ask questions and see how everything will work before we start.

6. How can I trust Cyprus Site Fix?

We’ve been working with businesses in Cyprus for over 15 years in IT, web development, ecommerce, and marketing. Unlike anonymous freelancers or big agencies, we’re local, reachable, and understand the Cyprus market.

7. Do you offer refunds?

We don’t normally provide refunds, but our policy is simple: we work until you’re satisfied. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll adjust and fix it.

8. Do you handle subscription or recurring payments?

No. At this stage, we don’t offer subscription plans or recurring billing. Each project is agreed and billed separately.

9. Do you provide ongoing support after the job is done?

Yes. Once your project is complete, we’re still here to help. You can contact us anytime for additional fixes, updates, or improvements. For businesses that prefer regular care, we also offer monthly maintenance packages at a fixed price. These include website monitoring, security checks, updates, and small fixes to make sure your site runs smoothly without interruptions.

10. What makes you different from freelancers or agencies?

We’re local in Nicosia, Cyprus, not overseas. We don’t overcomplicate things — you get clear pricing and fast results. We don’t push unnecessary services. If a quick fix is enough, we’ll tell you. You deal with a small team who cares, not a giant agency or a random freelancer.
